Message to our Patients

During the migration of the Clinical system from Vision to EMIS a few weeks ago, Patient Access was disabled. We have now re-enabled this service, but unfortunately all patients who were registered to this service prior to the migration, will have to re-register.

In order to do this, please contact the surgery and speak with one of the Team who will be able to help you.

For those patients who have not yet signed up – please consider doing so – this will give you access to order prescriptions and book appointments.
