Change to all appointment systems and self-isolation update

In line with NHS guidance, as of Monday 16th March, if you have a previously booked appointment with a GP or Advanced Practitioner this will now be carried out by telephone.

If you need to be seen and do not already have an appointment booked then please go to our website and follow the links for eConsult, where you are able to submit a consultation and hear back from the practice before the end of the next working day. The clinician will assess your information and may phone or invite you in if necessary.

If you cannot access our online services then please phone the practice, we are expecting high volumes of calls so if you are able to use online services then please do so as recommended.

If you already have an Practice Nurse or Practice Healthcare Assistant appointment booked and would like confirmation as to how your appointment will be carried out then please telephone the surgery for further information .

Unfortunately online appointments are still temporarily suspended.

Please do NOT come and queue up outside the practice as unfortunately you will not be seen.

Anyone (including children) with a cough or fever over 37.8c degrees should self-isolate for seven days whether you have travelled abroad or not.

If you are experiencing these symptoms and feel WELL, just stay at home. You do not need to contact 111 or be tested.

If you are experiencing these symptoms and feel UNWELL, please go to NHS 111 online for advice. You should NOT come to the surgery. NHS 111 will assess and advise.

Thank you for your co-operation and patience.
